Non-League Day is returning for an eighth consecutive season when the Stags host Canvey Island on Saturday 7 October.
The annual day provides a platform for clubs to promote the importance of volunteer-led community football, while empowering fans to show support for their local non-League side.
Set up by James Doe in 2010 as a social media experiment, Non-League Day has grown to become an annual part of the football calendar, backed by Premier League and Football League clubs, MPs, celebrities, media organisations, charities and Walton Casuals!
Non-League Day is once again partnering with Prostate Cancer UK in an effort to raise funds for, and awareness of, an illness that affects thousands of men in Britain every year, and will continue its annual link-up with Kick It Out, raising awareness of issues, promoting equality and challenging all aspects of discrimination at all levels of the game.
The event remains a totally volunteer-run initiative, and we’d love for everyone to get involved this year.
