Harry Laflin became the third Maidenhead United youngster to join on loan during the 2017–18 campaign.
Laflin followed in the footsteps of Sean McCormack and Josh Kelly with a move to the Elmbridge Xcel Sports Hub in November 2017.
The 19-year-old had scored five in 13 outings for Maidenhead’s Under-21s in the Suburban League Premier Division prior to the switch, and added three goals in five games during a recent loan spell at Hellenic League Premier Division side Binfield.
Making his debut from the bench in a 2-1 defeat at Carshalton Athletic, he also featured in home victories against Sittingbourne and Shoreham as a substitute. Laflin travelled with the squad to Guernsey but remained an unused substitute, and returned to his parent club soon after following the expiration of his loan.
Shortly after he returned to ninth tier Binfield on a temporary basis, and joined Marlow on loan in February 2o18.
