Stags sign Joshua Oyinsan

Walton Casuals are delighted to announce the signing of striker Josh Oyinsan from Royston Town.

The well-traveled forward scored six goals in 22 appearances for the Evo-Stik South Premier Division this season, and now drops a division to line-up for the Stags.

Oyinsan started his non-league career at Bromley before spells with Metropolitan Police, Maldon & Tiptree and Potters Bar Town. He later featured for Histon while a part of the Nike Academy, as well as Billericay Town and Dunstable Town.

The Paul Pogba body-double made his debut in the 1-1 draw at Lewes last weekend, and will be hoping to make his debut in front of the home crowd soon.

Oyinsan told waltoncasuals.com: “I’ve known Anthony Gale for a while and I have always admired the football Walton play. When the opportunity came to sign I jumped at it! Especially with the club’s new stadium, it shows the ambition of everyone involved and matches mine. I’m really looking forward to the final part of the season, and hopefully, my goals can aid the promotion chase.

Everyone at the club wishes Joshua the very best during his time at the Elmbridge Xcel Sports Hub.
